FAQ

Questions, answered.

Which languages do you cover?+

We specialize in Pashto, Dari, Farsi and Urdu, and arrange interpreters for many other languages including Arabic, Spanish, Hindi, Punjabi, Turkish and more. Ask us about any language.

Can you provide an interpreter for a USCIS interview?+

For many USCIS interviews you may bring your own interpreter. Tell us the date, location and language and we will arrange a professional interpreter. Always check your appointment notice for the current rules.

Do you provide legal advice?+

No. Hire Service Point is not a law firm. We connect you with independent, licensed attorneys and provide the interpreter so you understand every word.

How much does it cost?+

It depends on the language, the setting, the length and whether it is in person, video or phone. Send a request and we will confirm the price before anything is booked.

When does the app launch?+

The Hire Service Point app is coming soon at app.hireservicepoint.com. Join the list and we will invite you as soon as it opens in your area.
